Alex Deliano is the husband of Priscilla Deliano and the step-father of Biff and Richard Schlazetti. He is known to be very foul mouthed and bitchy. He and his wife Priscilla forced Biff, into putting Kid into a apartment building, all so that he and to an extent Priscilla, could get the Schlazetti house. However, Kid, who clearly disliked Alex, had a paperwork for for the house and promised to make a side-trip on his way back to the past, and stop Alex and Priscilla from ever getting buying the residence, and thus keeping him from putting Kid in the appartment.
